Each year, it brings female graduates, women in specialist and executive positions, and female founders from Germany and beyond to Munich. The two-day expo is a place for conversations – across hierarchies and industries. This is where employers who are committed to equal opportunities present themselves.
With digital expo matching, visitors can find training opportunities, people and exhibitors that match their interests. In this way, they can navigate in the best possible way through more than 290 exhibitors, 60 presentations and 300 other program items. Matching starts on 28.9.2023.

The Expo will take place in Munich, Germany, October 12-13, 2023, and is the first and only career and networking expo in Europe to address all aspects of women’s careers, including work-life balance. The fair is aimed at women who are planning to start or advance in professional or managerial careers – whether they are employed or starting their own business.

In addition to continuing education, start-ups and entrepreneurship, herCAREER Expo places a special focus on finance, money and retirement planning. At the Future Talks, companies will present the innovations they are working on and how they are driving digitization and new work forward. Via the Innovation Lab format, they present their hubs, accelerators and incubators. At the Authors-MeetUp, authors present selected publications, and at the Podcast-MeetUp, podcasters record live in front of an audience – including the herCAREER Voice Podcast.

The digital expo matching of herCAREER Expo enables visitors to navigate specifically to suitable further education offers and exhibitors. With the help of algorithms, visitors receive personalized matches for presentations as well as for a personal exchange with stand personnel and speakers. TIP: Visitors benefit from the best possible matching starting two weeks before the event begins. Matching starts on 27.9.2023. The earlier visitors register, the more matching rounds are possible.
ENTER THE TALENT POOL OF EMPLOYERS BY SCANNING A QR CODE
Visitors will also have the opportunity to submit their CV to the exhibitor of their choice at the booth by scanning a QR code on their visitor badge and thus be included in the talent pool. The digital application portfolio can be completed at the time of ticket purchase (from August). Not currently looking for a job? No problem! A multifaceted exchange of experiences is always a central part of the expo.
LATERAL ENTRY INTO IT & DIGITAL JOBS
The herCAREER Expo particularly supports the many opportunities for career changers in the fields of IT and digital jobs by matching visitors with the corresponding offers from exhibitors.
