On 22 and 23 October 2026, herCAREER Expo will open its doors at MOC Munich – a networking event that appeals to individuals, whether they are actively seeking a job or simply looking for inspiration and exchange.
As Europe’s leading platform for female* careers, herCAREER creates a space for valuable encounters. This is where specialists and managers, young talents and leading minds from business, science, politics and society come together to learn from each other and work together to create a fairer, more inclusive working world.
With digital expo matching, visitors can find training opportunities, people and exhibitors that match their interests. In this way, they can navigate in the best possible way through more than 200 exhibitors and 350 presentations or other program items. Matching starts on October 08, 2026.

With more than 200 exhibitors and 350 programme events, herCAREER Expo offers an extraordinary variety and diversity. Its digital matching system navigates visitors through the numerous exhibits and towards specifically interesting people and networking opportunities.
Admission prices: Regular admission from 20 euros. Admission is free for students and graduates on both days.
RANGE OF EXHIBITS
More than 200 exhibitors are expressly committed to equal opportunities and women in management. In addition to continuing education, start-ups and entrepreneurship, herCAREER Expo places a special focus on finance, money and retirement planning. At the Future Talks, companies will present the innovations they are working on and how they are driving digitization and new work forward. Via the Innovation Lab format, they present their hubs, accelerators and incubators. At the Authors-MeetUp, authors present selected publications, and at the Podcast-MeetUp, podcasters record live in front of an audience – including the herCAREER Voice Podcast.
EXCHANGE AT EYE LEVEL
At the roundabout 350 MeetUps and Talks, lectures and discussions, visitors will benefit from reports on the experiences of renowned personalities and speakers from the worlds of business, science, media and politics.
DIGITAL EXPO MATCHING
The digital expo matching of herCAREER Expo enables visitors to navigate specifically to suitable further education offers and exhibitors. With the help of algorithms, visitors receive personalized matches for presentations as well as for a personal exchange with stand personnel and speakers. TIP: Visitors benefit from the best possible matching starting two weeks before the event begins. Matching starts on October 08, 2026. The earlier visitors register, the more matching rounds are possible.
ENTER THE TALENT POOL OF EMPLOYERS BY SCANNING A QR CODE
Visitors will also have the opportunity to submit their CV to the exhibitor of their choice at the booth by scanning a QR code on their visitor badge and thus be included in the talent pool. The digital application portfolio can be completed at the time of ticket purchase (from August). Not currently looking for a job? No problem! A multifaceted exchange of experiences is always a central part of the expo.
LATERAL ENTRY INTO IT & DIGITAL JOBS
The herCAREER Expo particularly supports the many opportunities for career changers in the fields of IT and digital jobs by matching visitors with the corresponding offers from exhibitors.

In this way, herCAREER enables young people to exchange ideas and build a network, regardless of their financial means. The herCAREER Expo offers free childcare for children between the ages of two and six.
With digital expo- matching, visitors can find offers, people and more than 200 exhibitors that match their interests. In this way, they can navigate through 350 presentations and other program items in the best possible way. Matching starts on October 08, 2026.
Students pay 0 euros after prior registration and presentation of their student ID on site. Optional additional tickets are available for the networking event herCAREER@Night – a dinner in a relaxed atmosphere with personalities from economy, science, society, media and politics who are open to exchange. Students can easily get in touch with potential employers at the Expo. At the Future-Talks, companies will present the innovations they are working on and how they are driving digitization and new work forward.
