Good to know: Graduates from nearly all university locations in Germany attend the herCAREER Expo (38% of all visitors). In addition, more than 30% of visitors have a STEM background, and over 90% hold an academic degree. More than 40% are professionals with over three years of work experience.
The herCAREER Expo stands out for its nationwide reach. In 2025, the expo was again recognized as an educational event in several federal states. The Expo enjoys a very high level of acceptance and a recommendation rate of 97%.
