How to Get Your Own Stand
Requirements for participating in the Expo: To participate in the expo, you need to book a stand space. You can only appear at herCAREER Expo as a company once you have booked your stand space. Stand space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
When it comes to designing your stand, you have the following two options:
- Your company commissions an external stand builder to construct the stand.
- You choose one of the stand construction systems from herCAREER: Select from the available options, and we will design a stand tailored to the specific needs of your company.
Overview of Our Stand Concepts:
Octanorm
Octanorm system booth, height 2.50 m, including back and side walls, carpet (gray), 1 spotlight per 3 m², fascia lettering (includes 20 characters), 1 table and 4 chairs, or alternatively, 1 high table and 2 bar stools, waste bin, 1 power outlet. Optional with a 1 m² cabin.
Maxima
The customized booth construction concept from 12 m² booth space booking includes a Maxima aluminum system structure, matte finish, height 2.50 m, full-size textile banner, back and side walls (depending on booth space) with individual graphics (print-ready files to be provided by the exhibitor), carpet flooring, lighting, 1 high table, 3 bar stools, waste bin (for booth sizes of 18 m² or more, plus counter with logo; for booth sizes of 25 m² or more, plus 2 high tables and 6 bar stools), 1 power outlet. Cabin available upon request.
Maxima MeetUp
For booth spaces of 18 m² or more, you will also receive a microphone and additional furniture to engage with visitors in the best possible way.
