We rely on algorithms! In 2020, we were awarded the German Excellence Award for this approach. Using a scientifically validated questionnaire, visitors are matched with exhibitors and their offerings before the expo even begins. This allows attendees to plan their visit strategically, based on matches with exhibiting companies, speakers, and booth staff.
For you as an exhibitor, this means a huge opportunity to generate high-quality contacts both at your booth and in advance of the expo. Through the Expo Matching, visitors learn:

With this scan app, you can create a qualified talent pool directly at the herCAREER Expo and leave with a list of potential candidates. Never miss out on interested applicants again!
How it works:
After registering for their ticket, visitors can add a resume to their profile. The application documents are then transferred directly to potential employers at the booth via a scan of the QR code on the visitor badge.
Through your cloud access, you can download leads and application documents up to 6 weeks after the expo and follow up with them in a targeted way.
The great part: you leave with profiles of candidates who are genuinely interested in working with you, allowing you to stay in contact with potential applicants.
